How to Order

Use our user-friendly navigation system to find the products you’re interested in purchasing. You can also use the search bar to find specific products.
Use the Wishlist Feature
A Wishlist is a feature on our website that allows you to save products that you’re interested in for future reference. It’s a convenient way to keep track of items that you like but may not be ready to purchase just yet.
To use the Wishlist, simply find a product that you’re interested in and click the Heart Icon. You’ll be prompted to create an account or sign in if you haven’t already. Once you’re logged in, the product will be added to your Wishlist. You can add as many products as you like to your Wishlist, and you can access it at any time by clicking the heart icon in the top right corner of the page or directly from the My Account Dashboard. From there, you can view all the products on your Wishlist, remove items that you’re no longer interested in, or move items to your cart to purchase them.
Please note that adding a product to your Wishlist does not reserve or hold it for you, and availability and pricing may change over time. If you see something you really want, we recommend adding it to your cart and checking out as soon as possible to ensure that it’s still available and to avoid disappointment.
Create an Account
Creating an account on the Wild Horizon website is quick and easy. Having an account with us will allow you to save your delivery addresses, track your order history, and keep track of products that you’ve added to your Wishlist. If you don’t want to use the Wishlist feature, you can create your account during the check-out process.
To create an account, simply select the ‘Login/Register’ link from the “My Account” icon (the person icon) on the top right-hand side of the main menu. You’ll be prompted to enter your first and last name, email address, and phone number, and will be asked to choose a password for your account and confirm it.
Once you’ve entered your information, click “Register” to create your account. You’ll then be taken to your account dashboard, where you can edit your account details, add your billing and delivery address, and manage your Wishlist.

Select your Products
Once you’ve found the products you’re looking for, select the quantity you want to order and add them to your cart by clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Some of our products require further selection action from you before they can be added to your cart, such as choosing the size or colour that matches your preference.
Viewing your Cart
Once you have added the item/s to your cart, you can view your cart by clicking on the ‘View Cart’ button on the top right side of the product page. You can also view your cart by clicking on the cart icon on the top right menu. You can click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button when viewing your cart or can continue shopping. Once you’ve added all the items you want to purchase to your cart, view your cart to ensure you have everything you need. You can make changes to your order by updating the quantity or removing items from your cart. Remember to click the ‘Update Cart’ button for the changes you have made to reflect correctly on your cart.
Coupon Codes
From time to time, we offer special deals and discounts to our customers in the form of coupon codes. If you have a coupon code, make sure to enter it when viewing your cart to take advantage of the savings. Keep an eye out for these special deals on our website or through our email newsletter. You can find the coupon button at the bottom right of your cart, under the items that you have selected. Click the ‘Apply Coupon’ button to claim your discount. Bear in mind that all coupon codes come with a set of terms and conditions. Be sure to acquaint yourself with these terms which will be published on our website.
Cart Totals
On the right-hand side of your cart, you will see the Cart Totals section. This will show you the sub-total of your purchases and you will be asked to select a Delivery Option.
Choose your Delivery Option
We offer three delivery options for your convenience: Standard Delivery, Express Delivery, and Free Delivery. To select your preferred option, simply choose it during the checkout process. If you’re unsure which option to choose, you can review our Delivery & Refunds page to see the fees and estimated delivery times for each option. Free delivery is available for orders over Rs 2000.00.
Enter your Billing and Delivery Address
Your account has two addresses, a Billing Address and a Delivery Address. The Billing Address will be used for invoice purposes and card processing, whereas your Delivery Address is the address to which the products you have purchased will be sent to. These addresses can be the same or different. You will be asked to set up these addresses on the Check-out Page if you have not already done so. If you have already set up your delivery address through the My Account section, you will see the address to which your products will be sent. It will appear just under the delivery selection section. You can change this address on the Check-out page.
Check-Out
If you have not entered your billing and delivery address, you will now be prompted to do so. You will be asked if you are delivering to an address different from your billing address. If yes, you will be prompted to enter the name of the person and the address where you want the products to be delivered. You will also have the opportunity to add a coupon code on checkout if you haven’t done so already, and if you qualify for any current promotion.
Choose your Payment Method
We accept a variety of payment methods, including Bank Transfer, MCB Juice, Visa card, Mastercard, and American Express. Choose the payment method that’s most convenient for you. You can view our Payment Methods page for additional information.
Review and Place your Order:
Review your order details, billing and delivery address, delivery fees, total amount, and payment method to ensure everything is correct. Once you’re ready, click on the “Confirm & Place Order” button. You will receive a screen message notification, confirming if your order has been successfully received, and for credit card processing, whether your transaction has been successful.
Order Documentation
Once your order has been submitted, you’ll receive an email notification with your order detail transaction receipt along with an estimated delivery time, based on the payment and delivery option that you selected. If you don’t receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam or junk mail folder, as it may have been filtered there by mistake. If you still can’t find it, please contact our Customer Support Team and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Size Guide
It is important to consult our size chart when purchasing pet clothing as clothing is primarily designed for smaller breeds. For example, an XL size may not necessarily indicate an extra large pet, but rather a larger pet within the smaller breed category. By referencing the size chart, you can ensure the perfect fit for your beloved companion and make an informed decision about the item’s suitability for your pet.
To ensure that your pet's clothing fits properly, it's essential to keep a few things in mind. First, you will need a flexible measuring tape to measure your pet. Start by measuring the thickest part of their neck, followed by the chest, which is the widest part behind the front legs. This is also known as the Bust Size or Girth. Finally, measure the length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
Clothes with two feet, like shirts or jackets, should be measured by the chest's widest part, which is the ribcage. In contrast, clothes with four feet, like pants or jumpsuits, require measurements of both length and bust, which is the girth or circumference around the widest part of the chest, not the diameter. Additionally, sizes may vary by up to 2cm due to manual measurement of the product, so it's best to allow for this when choosing the right size. If your pet's size falls between two sizes, it's always best to choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
Some pet clothes may have a cloth length measurement, as some products are not meant to cover your pet's entire length up to its tail.
Lastly, keep in mind that colours may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, or dye lots and that the Size Chart data was obtained from manually measuring the product, and maybe off by 1-2 CM.
Payment Methods
Our store accepts payments via Bank Transfer, MCB Juice, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Bank Transfer and MCB Juice are considered ‘non-instant’ payment methods. For non-instant payment methods, order processing will only commence once we acknowledge receipt of the payment. You can select your choice of payment during the Check-out process
Bank Transfer: To pay via Bank Transfer, simply transfer the total amount due to the bank account specified during checkout. Please note that if payment is not received within 5 banking days, your order will be automatically cancelled. Once payment is received, your order will be processed and dispatched accordingly.
MCB Juice: To pay via MCB Juice, simply follow the instructions provided during checkout. Please note that if payment is not received within 2 banking days, your order will be automatically cancelled. Once payment is received, your order will be processed and dispatched accordingly.
Cash on Delivery: To pay via Cash on Delivery, have the exact amount ready when our delivery agent arrives.
Credit/Debit Card: To pay via credit or debit card, select the Visa, Mastercard, or American Express option during checkout and enter your card details. Please note that your card will be charged at the time of purchase. Our online store uses industry-standard encryption to ensure the security of your personal and payment information.
If your card is declined, please contact your bank or card issuer to resolve any issues before attempting to place your order again. Once your payment has been processed, your order will be dispatched accordingly.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery Options
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but please note that delivery times may vary based on factors outside of our control such as product availability and delivery location. Rest assured that we will keep you informed every step of the way and provide updates on any delays that may arise.
We currently offer three delivery options across the island of Mauritius: Standard Delivery, Express Delivery, and Free Delivery. You can select your delivery choice during the Check-out process. If you meet the eligibility criteria, the Free Delivery option will be automatically available to you.
Standard Delivery
Orders are processed within one-two (1-2) business days from the time the payment has been received and are delivered within three-five (3-5) business days once processed. The delivery cost for Standard Delivery is Rs 100.00;
Express Delivery
Orders are processed within one (1) business day from the time the payment has been received and are delivered within one-two (1-2) business days once processed. The delivery cost for Express Delivery is Rs 200.00.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is available for orders over Rs 2000.00. Orders are processed within one-two (1-2) business days from the time the payment has been received and are delivered within three-five (3-5) business days once processed. The minimum purchase amount required to qualify for free delivery is based on the original order total before any discounts are applied through the use of coupons. Additional fees may apply for expedited delivery on request.
Cancellations & Returns
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by calling on 58278218 or emailing letstalk@wildhorizon.mu. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel it.
Our products undergo a rigorous checking process prior to being dispatched, including a visual quality control inspection and the testing of electronic items. We highly recommend that you refer to the sizing charts that are available to you, as well as the instructions on how to properly measure your pet. If you are uncertain or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us, and we'll be happy to provide you with additional guidance. However, if for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, here's what you need to know about our return policy.
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within five (5) days of delivery to discuss your options. Refunds will only be initiated if the goods are in their original packaging, not tried on, or used in any fashion whatsoever. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any product that has been used or worn by a pet.
Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that we do not cover the cost of return delivery unless the item(s) received were defective or incorrect and reserve the right to make the decision regarding the fault on a case-to-case basis.
We understand that it can be frustrating to receive a faulty product, and we want to make the return process as simple and easy as possible for you. If we determine that the fault lies with the product, we will initiate a refund for you as soon as possible.

We Care
At Wild Horizon, we take the safety and well-being of pets very seriously. That's why we have taken every precaution to ensure that our products are made from non-toxic materials and are safe for pets to use.
While we understand that dressing up your furry friend can be fun and adorable, we encourage responsible pet ownership. Always consider your pet's comfort and well-being when choosing to accessorise them. If an accessory does not fit well or is too tight, remove it immediately, as it may cause discomfort or harm. When dressing your pet, always ensure it is weather-appropriate, and your pet does not overheat.
Additionally, it's essential to change your pet’s disposable and reusable diapers regularly to maintain their hygiene and prevent infections and skin irritations.
We also recommend monitoring your pet when wearing support guards. Always ensure that they fit well and are not too tight, as this may cause serious harm to your pet. Support Guards should be removed at least 2-3 times a day and at night to allow the leg to breathe. If you see your pet experiencing any discomfort, please remove the Recovery Guard immediately.
Our products are designed to be durable and long-lasting, but we recommend that pet owners supervise their pets and replace items over time if they show any signs of wear and tear that could pose safety risks.
